ON DEMAND ONLY
Access over 600 quality Pilates workouts that have been put together by me. This means quality videos and sound, live teaching points and videos that you can take with you wherever you are going. The cues on each video are verbal so that you can concentrate on what you are doing rather than on the screen.
PRE AND POST NATAL PILATES
Join my pre and post natal bespoke Pilates classes and feel fitter and better prepared for labour. Each trimester I will guide you through specific moves which will help you to build a strong and healthy body. In trimester three we shall look at how to get your baby into an optimal position and tips for exercises to sue during labour.
PILATES FOR CYCLISTS
Each workout is designed with cyclists in mind and will include stretches and strength moves as well as exploring the core, pelvic floor and breathing connection, vital for cycling efficiency.
The workouts vary in length from 30 to 50 minutes and the aim is you do one workout a week if it is 50 minutes and two if it is 30.
PILATES FOR RUNNERS
My Pilates for runners course is 8 weeks of specific exercises to help you as a runner improve your running gait, core strength and joint mobility.
The workouts are 30 minutes long and each week you get a new workout. You don’t have to do 30 minutes in one go, you can either break it down into 10 minute sections or do 30 minutes in one go. All you have to do is log in and follow the video from wherever you are.
BACK CARE COURSE
Back pain can be very debilitating, having had a bad back injury myself I know how hard it can be.
My back care program opens up the opportunity for you to treat your own back from the comfort of your home. With simple to follow gentle Pilates routines that will help with mobility as well as releasing tension and building strength. Use the warm up playlist to add nice gentle warming exercises before your main session or head straight to the 60 minute workouts.
