Thursdays 18:00 – 19:00
Sports Pilates aimed at runners and cyclists, this functional fitness class is aimed at ironing out the well known niggles caused by these two sports and building strength through the entire body to make you a better runner or cyclist.

Please bring your own Mat and towel for under your head. Please do get in touch if you don’t have a mat and I can provide you with one. I will supply resistance bands, blocks and balls if we are using them but you are welcome to bring your own too!
There is plenty of parking.
