  1. Assessment: Before we get started I conducted a thorough postural assessment to identify any deviations from proper movement patterns, muscular imbalances, or joint limitations.
  2. Individualised Programs: I then tailor a program to your specific needs based on the assessment findings. These programs typically include targeted exercises aimed at improving muscle imbalances, flexibility, stability, and overall movement quality. Using massage techniques, stretches and strength moves.
  3. Functional Movement Patterns: Corrective exercises often involve functional movements that mimic everyday activities or specific sports-related actions. By incorporating these patterns into your exercise routine, you can improve your body’s ability to perform.
  4. Focus on Core Stability: A strong and stable core is crucial for maintaining proper posture, balance, and overall movement control. Strengthening the core muscles will positively impact your of physical performance and alleviate aches and pains.
  5. Gradual Progression: My corrective exercise programs involve a gradual progression of difficulty and intensity. As you improve your movement patterns and address imbalances, we shall work together to advance to more challenging exercises.
