My Pilates for runners course is 8 weeks of specific exercises to help you as a runner improve your running gait, core strength and joint mobility.
The workouts are 30 minutes long and each week you get a new workout. You don’t have to do 30 minutes in one go, you can either break it down into 10 minute sections or do 30 minutes in one go. All you have to do is log in and follow the video from wherever you are.
As with everything, the more you do the better it will be! Therefore I suggest either 30 minutes twice a week or 6 ten minute sessions.
You will need a resistance band for these workouts, which you can buy from me here.
At the end of your 8 weeks you can either cancel your subscription or renew for another 8 weeks.
