Improve your posture and performance with effective stretching

Over the course of six weeks we shall go through the basics of stretching, how to massage muscles for improved mobility and reduced injury. Each week the online class will cover different stretches as well as some self massage techniques to help improve muscle function and reduce aches and pains.

Stretching your muscles is key for a healthy and happy body able to perform the daily activities you love.

The key themes will be:

Week one to three:

Six Week Online Stretch Course

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.
