Over half-term I am running 10 minute beginner classes each day, if you have friends or family who are interested please share this with them, also please join me, we shall be going over technique and really focusing on the fundamentals which is beneficial for everyone. Find out more here
My online classes vary from 30 minute specific classes like on Monday evening join me with your cans and resistance bands for a 30 minute masterclass using resistance and weights.
On Wednesday morning those early birds can join me for a high intensity class at 6am on Facebook live or catch up later in the day if you like!
Thursday I am back live streaming from Fishbourne for a 60 minute gentle Pilates class suitable for all ages and abilities at 4pm.
