    I tried the free 7 day trial and have now signed up for monthly on demand – really enjoy being able to do as and when works for me. There is a good mix of shorter stretching sessions and longer 30- 60minutes Pilates sessions/classes. Hannah takes you through the session explaining and showing you what to do. I have done some Pilates before but lots of new exercises and stretches; the class always passes quickly (a sign that I am enjoying!) a with good variety, and I do feel good after 🙂

    I have signed up for the On Demand classes, there are so many options, 10, 30 and 60 minute classes and also different types of class. So much to choose from. Each class that I have done has been brilliant, well instructed and easy to follow. Some classes are for Beginners and others a bit harder but something for everyone. I find that doing Pilates helps my mobility and keeps my back in good health. It is nice to be able to go into the on demand classes when I can fit them in my own schedule. Would 100% recommend Hannah, brilliant teacher.
