We tend to spend far too long sitting down and all this sitting puts added pressure on your back, especially if you slouch. A good way to help your back and to improve your posture is take regular breaks standing and do a few stretches to help move those back muscles.

You could also try sitting on a stability ball or kneeling chair or standing desk which will help with back pain.

This lower back stretch is perfect for achy backs, take it slowly and breathe into the stretch.
