Pilates trains your body to be strong, flexible and balanced. Whether your goal is to become fitter, healthier or sports specific my Pilates classes aim to improve your posture, strength and flexibility using functional movements so you can get the most out of life.
Pilates is a structured exercise program which ensures the recruitment of the right muscle groups to perform each movement, with core control and functional movement patterns at the heart of every class and video I create.
My aim is to help you lead your best life by creating healthy exercise habits, I believe the only way to do this is to make exercise easy and most of all fun!
My local Pilates classes are an hour long but if you join my online Pilates classes OR on-demand video subscription you can access videos from 10 to 60 minutes long to help motivate and inspire you to roll out the mat and improve your health and well-being everyday.
