Welcome to my weekly Pilates workout.

Since the start of lockdown last March I have been running a timetable of live classes each week. I run daily live Pilates classes on Zoom and through a private Facebook community group.

Pilates is a super all over body workout that improves your posture, strength and flexibility. Just about anyone can do Pilates!
