This is a really nice stretch for your back try it a few times a week to really feel the difference.

How to:

Start laying down

→ Knees bent, feet flat on the floor, ankles together

→ Arms out to the side

→ Slowly lower your knees to the floor on one side

→ Hold this position for a few breaths

→ Next, extend your legs out so they are straight

→ Hold for 30 / 60 seconds, breathing naturally relax into the floor

→ Repeat on the other side
