    Useful Pilates move’s and stretches which have motivated me to go out running again. Nothing ached too much afterwards I felt comfortable but knew I had been stretched.

    This class teaches you how to stretch the muscles most used in running, including those in the (often ignored) feet! Hannah takes time to explain the stretches, and why they are important so this is definitely more of a lesson than a Pilates exercise session. Tennis ball required ☺️
