Mini Pilates Ball Masterclass


Pilates mini balls are ideal for core development and balance training and will help with the key Pilates principles of centering, concentration and breathing. Join me for a 30 minute mini ball masterclass and learn how you can use your mini ball as part of your Pilates routine or for help with rehab from injuries or to increase your at home workout program.

All Pilates masterclasses are recorded and will be available as a recording after your live zoom class.
