Join me for a 30 minute mini ball masterclass and learn how you can use your mini ball as part of your Pilates routine or for help with rehab from injuries or to increase your at home workout program.

All Pilates masterclasses are recorded and will be available as a recording after your live zoom class.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the Mini Pilates Ball Masterclass that Hannah ran on the 22nd of February. It was a focused 30 minute class focusing on the mini Pilates ball and contained a great balance of stretches, balance work and core exercises. The core exercises were challenging but as always Hannah offered options that allowed you to work at your own level and always with great explanations of the different exercises. One of the real benefits of this masterclass was that it opened up so many different possibilities for using the mini Pilates ball that means I will get much more benefit from this piece of equipment. I would highly recommend jumping into future classes if you want to learn how to get the best out of a particular piece of equipment.

    A really enjoyable class that was much more challenging than I was expecting! Hannah talks though all the stretches and moves, and provides options if you need an easier or more challenging workout. I opted for the easier option, as this was my first time. Still felt it the next day though! I’ll definitely book on for another mini ball class.

    First try attempting to use the mini ball and it was fantastic. It made me really concentrate on movement and to use my core. I found this very enjoyable as a class and really felt like I got the full potential that the movements and stretches offer, with using the mini ball. Highly recommend this class.
