Pilates and Prosecco


Not only do food and water nourish your body. Sunlight and fresh air do to. Come and join me at Oakwood School in Chichester on Monday 20th June at 6pm, press pause on your to do list and enjoy the sound of the birds and fresh air whilst we practise Pilates together.


After your Pilates session, indulge in a two course dinner of nourishing home cooked healthy foods with an emphasis on gut health, washed down with a glass of chilled prosecco or soft drink.
