My mum and baby fitness classes will have you back to pre-pregnancy strength in no time, making you feel more confident whilst having a great time socialising with other mums.

The best part? You bring your little one along while you exercise (if you want to), so no childcare required. Please bring your pram and some toys to occupy your little one.
