Every week as well as a live energy break I will share with you my favourite moves and stretches you can do from home. This weeks workout you can do from home is a mini ball glute workout. If you don’t have a mini ball you could substitute it with a towel or just leave the ball out.
Glute activation refers to ‘activating’ the gluteal muscles in an effort to strengthen them. For many individuals, their glutes often remain ‘inactive’ or ‘switched off’, this can be due to large periods sitting. Inactive glutes can mean that the muscles are weak and are not relied on as much as they should be during physical movements.
This mini ball Pilates workout is going to help you activate your glutes and make them stronger.
