We put our backs through quite a lot of stress and this often leads to back issues and pain. Pilates is a super way of combating back pain by strengthening up your core postural muscles, for better posture and therefore better back health.

Regular Pilates practice can help with posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility. It can also relieve stress and tension.
