Pilates is a fantastic all over body workout which uses weight bearing exercises to build functional strength and flexibility. Pilates can be practised by anyone and you don’t need a lot of room or any fancy equipment which makes it the perfect option for working out at home.

My Pilates move of the week, this week is Hip Twist. This is an advanced Pilates exercise and should be practised with caution not to overload the back.

This Pilates exercise is goof for building strength in your quads, hip flexors, and rectus abdominus, which is the muscle that gives the ‘six pack. appearance.
