Stretching the chest muscles is essential for maintaining good posture and preventing tightness that could lead to discomfort in your neck, back and shoulders.

When the chest muscles are tight, they can pull the shoulders inward, contributing to poor alignment and potential pain in the neck and back.

Regular stretching helps to keep these muscles flexible, which supports overall mobility and reduces the risk of injury during physical activities.

Let me know how you find this stretch, it is one of my favourites!
