Hey everyone, from Monday to Thursday at 11am each day I go live on my Instagram and Facebook pages with a 5 minute workout you can do from your own home. Each one is a little different and will help you build strength and maintain flexibility. Today’s workout is a mixture of some of my favourite Pilates moves.
