Every Wednesday I share with you a new 10 / 15 minute workout you can do from home. These workouts are mainly mat based so require no equipment and can easily be done from home or your office.
Exercise releases endorphins which give you energy and make you feel great. Side kick and hip rolls will help you build a strong and stable pelvis. This simple to follow video is ideal for those working out at home.
