Regular stretching can help increase your flexibility, which is crucial for your overall health. Not only can improved flexibility help you to perform everyday activities with relative ease, but it can also help delay the reduced mobility that can come with aging.

Your ankle joints and muscles experience a lot of wear and tear every day, which can take a toll over time. Your balance is affected by weak ankles as well as your ability to exercise and take part in daily life activities, today I want to show you some simple exercises you can do to build strength and mobility through your ankle and foot.

Not only can improved flexibility help you to perform everyday activities with relative ease, but it can also help delay the reduced mobility that can come with ageing.

Remember whilst working from home to get up and move around every 30 minutes even if it’s just a walk up and down the stairs or to put the kettle on, active your muscles.

Make your body move for better health and wellbeing.

Just five minutes exercise each day to help you mobilise your body, wake up your muscles and refresh your brain. Take five minutes out of your day to work on your balance, strength and muscle tone.

When exercising at home please be aware of your own limits, work within your boundaries and always build up slowly.
