There are lots of ways to stretch out your glutes, these powerful muscles often get tight and switch off when we spend a lot of time sitting on them.
The best way to reactive them is with targeted glute work and stretches.
Sitting glute stretch how to:
- Sit down with your feet flat on the floor in front of your
- Place your left leg over the right leg
- Use your arms to bring your bum as close to the heel which is on the ground as you can
- Feel the stretch in your glutes
- Hold for 30 / 60 seconds
- Repeat on other side
