Sports Specific Pilates


Come and join my targeted strength and mobility sessions for cyclists and runners. Both cycling and running are great cardio sports but they do create tighness and weakness in your muscle structures which can cause pain and time away from your beloved sport! My classes are aimed at making your stronger and improving mobility so that you stay injury free (as much as possible) and become more efficient in your sport.

Thursday Evening 18:00 – 19:00

Bookable in 6 week blocks, flexi block or pay as you go.
