My Pilates move of the week, this week is Hip Twist. This is an advanced Pilates exercise and should be practised with caution not to overload the back.
This Pilates exercise is good for building strength in your quads, hip flexors, and rectus abdominus, which is the muscle that gives the ‘six pack. appearance.
