Welcome to my weekly Pilates workout.
Every Wednesday I share with you a new 10 / 15 minute workout you can do from home. These workouts are mainly mat based so require no equipment and can easily be done from home or your office.
The Pilates move swimming is a super workout for your posterior chain, the muscles in the back of your body, in this version I am going to add the breathing to the move. This focuses your attention on the move and slows you down which in turn means you get more out of your exercise.

Pilates focuses on the mind-body connection which we find through using the breath. While doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.
