As a result of being hunched over the bike, cyclists often develop an imbalance in the hip extensors and short hip flexors. This can lead to excessive strain being placed on the knees and lower back.
This video will show you a great mobility exercise for improving the movement at your hip joint alleviating this knee and lower back strain.
