This weeks stretch of the week is the lower back stretch. This is a really nice stretch for your back try it a few times a week to really feel the difference.
How to:
- Start laying down
- Knees bent, feet flat on the floor, ankles together
- Arms out to the side
- Slowly lower your knees to the floor on one side
- Hold this position for a few breaths
- Next, extend your legs out so they are straight
- Hold for 30 / 60 seconds, breathing naturally relax into the floor
- Repeat on the other side
