- Two Tennis Balls: These will be used for self-massage techniques to release tension in your muscles.
- A Long Sock: This will help you maintain control and leverage when using the tennis balls for deeper releases.
- Pilates Mat: A comfortable and supportive surface for your movements.
- A Bit of Floor Space: Ensure you have enough room to move freely and comfortably.
How to Use Your Session:
This Upper Body Release class is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your schedule. You can practice as many times as you like, but I recommend incorporating it into your routine at least three times a week for optimal results. With access for a month, you have plenty of time to explore and deepen your practice.
