    I have bought a range of different resistance bands at home during the various lockdowns as a way of training while the gyms are closed but in truth had never really gone beyond very simple exercises with them. This Masterclass has given me so many more options for using them to strengthen the upper and lower body that it has become fun using them again. Hannah always gives options to suit different abilities and these Masterclasses are no different meaning they are accessible to everyone. At 30 minutes long they are focused, they are also really enjoyable.
