This swan dive chest stretch is one of my favourites.
- Lie on your front, legs together, knees bent
- Put your right arm into your ‘swan dive’ position, elbow above your shoulder, palm facing down
- Place your left hand next to your left shoulder
- Look to the left and gentle roll your feet to the right
- Hold for 30 seconds
- Repeat on the other side by switching arm positions and taking legs to other side.
