By using this Service, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by these Terms and Conditions, just as if you had signed a contract. If you do not observe these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if applicable, to terminate your user account, and/or access to this Service. You agree that any deactivation or cancellation of your access to this Service may be carried out without prior notice. Furthermore, you agree that we are not liable to you or any third-party for termination of your access to our Service.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms and Conditions, Beyond the Studio and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained on this Website.

You may sometimes purchase merchandise or order services through our Website from other Third Party Sellers. We offer no guarantees for those services or products, we are in no way responsible for any transaction between you and a Third Party Seller, nor are we liable for any loss or damage incurred, all matters and concerns must be taken up directly with that seller.

If you are a registered user of this Service, you alone are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user account information. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your user account or any other breach of security known to you.
12. Refund & Cancellation policy
Full payment is required at registration.
No refunds are available.
You may pause your face to face class due to severe illness and your place will be held for up to one month. If you still cannot return then a refund is available after the cancellation fee.
With online subscriptions you can pause your subscription due to severe illness for as long as you need and then restart when you are ready.
If there is a serious illness or medical reason for not being able to attend face to face or online subscriptions, refund requests should be submitted to the below email address, refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee.
ALL cancellations must be submitted to hannah@beyondthestudiopilates.co.uk with the subject line: REFUND REQUEST
For masterclasses and retreats cancellation 70 days prior results in a cancellation fee of 20% If a cancellation occurs within 21 days of a workshop/retreat NO refund will be given.
* Beyond the Studio Pilates may cancel any workshop at any time due to low attendance or an unexpected emergency and in this case refunds or change of date will be given.
Online Master Class Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Full payment is required at time of booking. 72 hour notice required to cancel or change booking. Full refund before 72 hours. Within 72 hours NO refund is possible.
13. Health Disclaimer
This Service provides video and article content published over the internet and is intended only to assist users in living a healthy, fit lifestyle. Beyond the Studio is not a medical doctor and we cannot give you medical advice. We urge you to get the approval of your GP before beginning exercise. There are inherent risks associated with exercise and fitness programs; those individuals who engage in these activities do so at their own risk.
14. Warranty Disclaimer
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Beyond the Studio express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
15. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Beyond the Studio, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Beyond the Studio, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions, Beyond the Studio reserves the right to terminate your use of the website at any given time, with or without reason, after our sole discretion and without notice. You agree to not hold Beyond the Studio liable for any termination of your use or access to the website or service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
21. Variation of Terms
Beyond the Studio is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
22. Assignment
Beyond the Studio is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
23. Competitions
Black Friday 50% off, can be used by any new or returning customer but not current subscribers. They can however ‘gift’ this to family or friends.
The 50% off runs from November to 1st March at which point full price subscriptions will be charged unless you cancel.
Discount is not open to current members and is for new members only.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Beyond the Studio and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
