Mum and Baby Pilates


My mum and baby Pilates classes will have you back to pre-pregnancy strength in no time, making you feel more confident whilst having a great time socialising with other mums.

The best part? You bring your little one along while you exercise (if you want to), so no childcare required. Please bring a blanket or a bouncer for your baby to sit in.



This class is designed with you in mind and is an enjoyable way to meet other mums. Classes are kept small to ensure you get personal attention and the technique of each exercise is at the forefront of the way I teach. Together, we will carefully work to rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength, improve posture and muscle tone.
