This weeks move of the week which you can do from home is the Donkey Kick Back. This is a super exercise for firming up your bum muscles, your glutes, but, as with most Pilates exercises it works not only your glutes, but your core and shoulders too.

This is one of my favourite Pilates exercises for toning up and building strength in your glutes. When we spend most of our time sitting these powerful muscles ‘turn off’ and don’t engage properly. Ad din some donkey kick backs to your daily routine and notice the difference in your strength and tone.
